Departure and Arrival Points
- The Route Bangkok-Ranong
Buses leave from Bangkok to Ranong daily from the “Southern
Bus Terminal” at “Pinklao-Nakhonchaisri Road”.
They will arrove in Ranong at the bus station at Petch Kasem Road
(Highway).
- The Route Ranong-Bangkok
From Ranong buses leave from the bus station at Petch Kasem Road
(Highway) and from “Tha Meuang Road” in Ranong Town.
Theu will arrive in Bangkok at the Southern Bus Terminal.

Traveling Time
The bus trip from Bangkok to Ranong and vise versa takes about
9 hours. The following “Special Class-“ and “First
Class” buses offer commodiously chairs and sitting area.

Types of Buses
Special class Air-con Bus or VIP Bus:
24 seats air-condition buses with attached toilet room. Bigger
seats with safety belt and recline more up to 135 degrees. (Fare
515 baht*)
First class Air-con Bus (Rot tour):
The 34 seats air-conditioned buses have an attached toilet room.
Each seat can recline up to 70 degrees. (Fare 333 baht*)
Second class Air-con Bus (Rot por or song)
44 Seats air-conditioned buses without attached toilet room. (Fare
235 baht*)
Local Bus or Orange Bus:
The cheapest and slowest bus stops at many towns and may be suspended
in the future. Non air-condition bus with 44 seats and without
attached toilet room. (Fare 185 baht*)
